Flamed broiled lean pork loin served with a special tomato sauce.

Pork Fajitas

Tender pieces of marinated pork grilled with fresh green peppers, onions, and spices. Served with refried beans, rice, guacamole, sour cream, fresh tortillas, and Pico de Gallo.

Los 3 Cochinintos (The 3 little pigs)

A tasty combination! Chile Verde, pork carnitas and puerco adobado (Marinated grilled pork). Served with rice and beans.

Chile Verde

Pork loin braised in a green sauce of special fresh "tomatillos", green peppers, onions and spices.

Pork Carnitas

Mexican Tradition. Tender pieces of fried pork served with rice, beans and Pico de Gallo.

Tender pieces of beef*, chicken and grilled pork. Served over our new Mexican green sauce and Pico de Gallo. Topped with melted Jack cheese. Served with guacamole, and sour cream. No coleslaw.

MI Mexico Taquiza

Eight soft corn tortillas tacos made with the most traditional meats. Two al pastor (marinated pork), Two Asada*, Two pork carnitas, and two Pollo asado (grilled chicken) with cilantro, onions, lime and whole beans. No rice or coleslaw.

Cielo, Mar y Tierra

Everybody's favorite! Chicken breast and skirt steak* butterflied and flame broiled, marinated pork loin grilled and four braised shrimp wrapped in bacon. Served with rice and whole beans.

*Steak Jalisco

Skirt steak butterflied and flame broiled to your liking. Topped with sautéed mushrooms, onions, spinach, red yellow and green peppers. Sprinkled with melted Monterrey Jack cheese.

*Carne Asada

Skirt Steak butterflied and flame broiled to your liking. Served with guacamole.

*Steak a la Tampiqueña

Grilled Asada steak served with a chicken mole sauce enchilada.

*Tacos al Carbon

Tender beef steak, flame broiled sliced and folded into three marinated soft corn tortillas with Pico de Gallo, fresh cilantro and ranchero cheese.

*Broiled Steak

Your choice of T-bone steak or Top Sirloin flame broiled to your liking. Served with French fries, steamed vegetables and fresh green salad with your choice of dressing. No rice, beans, or coleslaw.

*Steak A La Chicana

Lean strips of top sirloin, sautéed with tomatoes, green onions, red pepper and potato chunks.

*Costillas de Res (Beef riblets)

Flame broiled beef riblets. Served with coleslaw, rice and beans.

Chile Colorado

Beef simmered until very tender in a red sauce, tomatoes, onions, mild peppers and spices

Mexican Trio

Have it All! Three Portuguese prawns, charbroiled chicken and carne Asada*. Served with whole beans and topped with ranchero cheese.

*T-bone Ranchero

A hearty cut of fresh T-bone charbroiled to your liking and smothered with sautéed mushrooms and onions in a wine sauce

*Steak "Torero"

Juicy top sirloin steak flame broiled and topped with sautéed onions and green peppers.

*Tacos Mexico

Tender beef steak, flame broiled slice and folded into three soft corn tortillas. With a slice of avocado in each taco. Fresh cilantro, onions and lime on the side. Served with whole beans

A Classic! Delicious grilled Asada* steak and sautéed garlic shrimp with mushrooms.
